Ever went on a training, went home and dove into the daily operational stuff and forgot the acquired knowledge right away? Many training institutes acknowledge this ommission in the process.
Together with a training institute in the Netherlands we're setting up a concept whereby podcasting is used before, in between and after training days, thus extending the educational possibilities beyond the class room.

Podcasting for implementation Core Values Δ
The company has defined 5 Core Values. But how to communicate these values, other than using a nice brochure and hang some posters? Podcasting seems to be a viable tool to put the Values not only in the heads, but also the hearts of the employees.
Every other week we produce a podcast (rotating audio and video) whereby the employees show what they think the Core Values are. Human interest with a strategic touch.

About 80% of the strategies fail. Most of the time due to inferior communication. This company want to avoid this pitfall and asked us to come up with a podcast concept to improve communication for their new strategy.
Each week we make an audio and each month a video podcast in which we highlight the most important aspects of the new strategy. Top down, bottom up and lateral communication in effect.

Safety Awareness Platform Δ
The customer uses a production process which involves working with chemical products. Regulations have forced the company to increase the safety awareness within the organization. Many employees have little education, and have a low level of the Dutch language.
DigiRedo is asked to create a platform which will improve the safety awareness to a desired level. The use of simple yet powerful new media tools will be the centre of this platform.

When major constructions or building projects are executed, transparancy and actual communication about these projects towards all stakeholders is essential. To decrease the level of frustration based on ignorance this company has developed a portal which will enable all stakeholders to keep track of the progress of the projects.
DigiRedo is asked to provide audio and video input on major events of these projects. The content is used for the website.

Congress Impression Δ
The customer organizes events and congresses on a regular basis. For promoting these congresses a tailor made plan was developed which describes the use of new media for branding purposes. Care is taken that this plan fits within the current communication strategy.
One of the outcomes was to develop pre-congress video impressions and post-congess podcast series.

Best Practices Δ
The company with the head office in the Netherlands expressed the wish to improve communication between their local companies, located throughout the world. Best practices used in a certain local company can be extremely valuable for other local companies as well. Problem is how to communicate these best practices in such a way that other local companies will actually consider using them as well.
DigiRedo developed in close co-operation with the company a video podcast series 'Best Practices'. In several episodes each country is able to showcase their best practice to other local companies. In addition, a platform is created whereby interested local companies are provided with more detailed digital information related to that specific best practice.

OSCAR Δ
A full day event as celebration of the one-year anniversary of the new International Marketing and Sales Department. OSCAR was organised in close cooperation with DigiRedo. Six teams received the assignment to make a commercial around the theme ‘Multicultural Communication’.
The assignment started three weeks before the actual event wih a teaser campaign for all participants. The different teams were announced and briefed. The teams were fully responsible for the entire production process: idea development, pre-production, production and post-production. The actual shooting took place on the day of the event itself and at night all productions were shown in a Hollywood ambiance. The best commercial was chosen by the audience and rewarded with the OSCAR.

Commercial Chrome Polish Δ
Kiesow-Dr Brinkmann, established in Germany, required a promotional film for the Motorshow Essen , december 2006 for the introduction for their new polish product ‘Ecromal’. The commercial was shown in combination with the Jacobs promotional video (see next, Project Chroming Industry).

Jacobs Nickel en Chroom industrie is a company specialized in chroming metal. They distinguish themselves through a reliable delivery service, innovation and a personal and dedicate approach.
Jacobs wants, in addition to their industrial focus, extend heir business to the oldtimer market. For this they approached DigiRedo for the production of a promotional video, to be used at the stand during the Essen Motorshow 2007, Germany.

Product Introduction Δ
The company wants a new and engaging approach to (internal) product introduction. Aim is to create more engagement of all disciplines and specialists involved in the development of this product. Interviews with these specialists (e.g. R&D project leader, Production manager, Marketing communication officer, Sales representative) give a complete picture of the product. Through this podcast-serie more understanding is create of the complexity of product development and more engagement beyond the responsibilities of the disciplines involved.

During a marketing managers meeting in Hongary, the company desired a team building event, containing both fun and creative elements but also made people acquainted with digital multimedia
DigiRedo developed and executed the concept ‘hollywood OSCAR’. Six teams of seven persons each competed for the highly desired OSCAR trophy on an inspiring and historic location.
