Together with our Fellows and network partners DigiRedo has the knowledge and the skills to execute high level digital projects. We are not so typically Dutch. Dutch like to talk about stuff. Sure, we like to talk about new media, Enterprise 2.0, digitalization of the workforce of mobile apps in general. But we like it even more to see things moving, to witness the change for the better, using our concepts. We have a pragmatic approach in the way we design and help you implement your concepts. At a certain point you just have to say: ‘cut the crap, let’s just do it’. We know when that phase arrives, because our heart starts beating faster. Oh yeah, in some things we are Dutch. We usually say what we think. Honestly.
There are many ways we can go with the production of new media and digital concepts. Below are just a few examples of what we’ve been doing in the past. Our projects vary from the design of a logo to a full Enterprise 2.0 platform implementation. Knowing the speed of the digital developments these results obtained in the past are no guarantees for the future. Activities will be added and deleted, depending on the trends and requirements of our customers. But rest assured, we are on top of knowing and understanding the possibilities. Enterprise 2.0 platform implementation
Times are changing and modern knowledge workers require new tools to collaborate. There are so many ways to make people work together in our modern informational world, and the number of online platforms are popping out of the digital soil. Make no mistake, Enterprise 2.0 processes may have a large impact on the organization, if done well. Success depends mostly on the willingness to change, to be more open, transparent and social as an organization. The main question to resolve: to what extent is the organization already open, transparent and social. And does that fit with a platform and the way leadership is capable of dealing with this new way of working.
We divide Enterprise 2.0 implementation in three parts: Plan (goals, roles and responsibilities), People (how to ignite and engage the employees) and Platform (vendor selection, functional design and building). Our contribution can be found in planning, (new) leadership development, vendor selection, platform set up, internal campaign development, community management, awareness creation and training.

The times when organizations were developing concepts only by themselves are over. Or should be over. In a networked society organizations jointly work together to create value in their respective chains. And that involves customers, too. Our C3 workshop is specifically designed to do just that. Learning from a distance, but with a touch of personality. The ways of acquiring knowledge has changed forever with the rise of new media. The possibilities are endless and we are determined to explore them all. Linked to a Learning Management System and a community platform this approach is effective as well as unique.

Use the production of new media in project management-, leadership- or teambuilding sessions. That’s our OSCAR. By creating your own short film, all management aspects of video production pass by. And trust us, there are a lot of similarities with real business life. We make an event out of it you and your customers won’t easily forget. Fun and educational.
Digital Coaching
Modern organizations require a new breed of employees. They are called ‘New Media Manager’, ‘Manager Digital Engagement’, ‘Online Community Manager’, or something alike. But with such a new job description, how do you make sure your knowledge, skills and competences are matched against the reality? DigiRedo has developed an online coaching platform where we coach these new employees in 1 on 1 sessions. And to ensure it has effect, we measure the competence level using Talent+, an online competence platform.
Webvideo and Podcasting
Video is the perfect tool for storytelling and with the rise of the web it’s now available to anybody. As Certified Digital Video Producers we can help you setting up a webvideo production. From brainstorming the idea, preparations, the shooting and finishing of the video. We love to go through this process with you.
Your own radio or television show on the internet. Podcasting is a valuable medium for delivering your message to your customers or employees. We have created more than 150 episodes so that you don’t have to make the mistakes we made.
Mobile app development
We think mobile is becoming so important, we created a specific company dealing with this exiting trend. We specifically develop mobile apps for the B2B environment. We focus on four areas: Content Enrichment, Context Creation, Technology Decisions and People Acceptance. We closely work together with various partners to create a true mobile experience.
Crossmedia campaigns
This is the place where many things come together, online and offline. We have the skills in-house to design not only the entire look and feel of a campaign, the website, the brochures, advertisements but also the ability to creatively think out of the box for launch activities. Video, motion graphics, mobile apps, Flash design, cool graphics. You name it, we can make it happen. If not by ourselves we find somebody who can. These projects are the icing on the cake. We like that.
Digital Magazine
Do people read your printed newsletters, or personnel magazine? Often you only reach a small part of the target audience. With a Digital Magazine we have created a multidimensional platform for delivering your message. Rich media such as video play an important role in engaging your audience.
