Employment Learning Innovations, Inc. – ELI® – a training company that helps organizations change workplace behaviors, build civil and inclusive cultures, and prevent problems from occurring or escalating. In their trainings they use video to make certain workplace behaviors more visual for the students. Most of their material is created for the US market. Due to their global expansion they envisioned a video series better equipped for the international community. They requested us to produce the entire series, from A to Z.
What better place to shoot an international video series than Amsterdam. With more than 75 nationalities living in one city, it was relatively easy to find the right actors for the job. Our crew (camera, light, sound, make up artist, wardrobe specialist and productions assistance) took on the job and in one week hard work we sent our customer home with sufficient footage to create their international video series on workplace behavior.
The videos are current being used in various training programs of the company, and enhance the educational abilities to convey the message to the students. The have been translated in various languages.
We believe video production is not only hard work, but should be fun, too. We were glad our customer had the same opinion.
